Begin your oral care routine by rinsing your mouth with lukewarm water. For an extra boost, consider adding a pinch of salt to the water. This helps to loosen any food particles and prepare your mouth for the next steps.
Apply a tiny amount of toothpaste to your toothbrush. Add 1-2 drops of extra virgin cold-pressed coconut oil. Gently polish your teeth in circular motions, covering 3-4 teeth at a time. Focus on both the outer and inner surfaces. Perform 20 circular motions on each segment of 3-4 teeth. Remember, this is a gentle polish, not an aggressive scrub!
